EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

One (1) exhibitor registration is included in the booth fee, and includes a badge for show entry. Company representatives attending the Exhibit Show over the one complimentary registration will be charged an additional $125 per person. NAME BADGES

We ask you to pre-register your representatives working in your booth space. Our best effort will be made for badge changes/corrections/substitutions made on-site at the Registration Desk. We ask for your patience in making on-site badges.

DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS

Expo Door Prize Drawings

Attendees will have a booth passport to interact with exhibitors and once completed make them eligible for Grand Prizes. These drawings will take place during Tuesday's Reception. Conference attendees must be present to win.

Individual Booth Prizes

Individual exhibitors may bring door prizes. Individual booth drawing winners will be announced during Tuesday’s Reception before the Grand Prize Drawings. More details provided on-site.

  • 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Cash Bar Networking
  • 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Networking Reception

Wednesday, June 27:

  • 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Break in Expo
  •  11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Break in Expo - CANCELLED

Move-out

Wednesday, June 27:

  • 1:00 p.m – 3:00 p.m., Tear down times will be strictly enforced.

Under no circumstances can you dismantle your booth prior to show closing. Exhibitors that disregard show policies will jeopardize their booth participation at future shows.

BOOTH PAYMENT

Full payment of your booth space is required by June 1st.

Release of your booth space is contingent upon complete payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing or email by June 1st.
